Sending mails with embedded images

How to send mails with embedded images. (ASP.NET, C#, SMTP)

I want certain images to be sent embedded in my message (At the same time some other images may also be sent as attachment).

(Also how to embed other formats like flash, mpg, midi, etc. Is there a generalized solution for the same.)

I do not want to use any third party tool.

Please revert back as soon as possible. Its very urgent.
