Cannot update. Database or object is read-only.

Error Type:
Microsoft JET Database Engine (0x80040E09)
Cannot update. Database or object is read-only.
/myweb/images/Insert.asp, line 105.
Get above message. Running iis web server on windows xp. images folder given read and write permissions. I have also given filedb.mdb read write permissions still above error happens. Please help!!!!
completely stumped.
